Volunteer Teaching Deployment in Tunduru Schools

This project focuses on deploying volunteer teachers to primary and secondary schools in Tunduru District to support learning in underserved communities.

The program targets Form Four graduates, Form Six graduates, and university students who are engaged through structured volunteer placements during transition periods between academic stages.

Volunteers support key subjects, particularly Mathematics and English, while also contributing to student mentorship, academic motivation, and classroom support.

The initiative is implemented in collaboration with local schools and relevant authorities to ensure alignment with education standards and community needs.

This project directly contributes to improving access to quality education, reducing teacher shortages, and promoting a culture of volunteerism among youth.
